How Verified works
Patients can see who is real. Doctors and clinics on the Klintro Health Network can be verified, and the profile always says which state it is in.
Two states, always shown
Verified means a person on the Klintro team reviewed the registration details and documents that were submitted, and approved them. Unverified means that has not happened yet.

The three steps
- Add your registration detailsEnter your registration number on your Network profile, and attach a photo or PDF of your documents. Your draft is saved so you can finish later.
- A person reviews themThe verification team reviews what you submitted. You stay Unverified until it is decided, and you are notified of the decision.
- Your profile shows VerifiedThe chip changes and stays visible. If a submission is not approved, you can add a clearer document and send it again.
Verification is optional: you can skip it and use the Network first. Start on the Health Network
What we check
- The registration number and details you give
- The documents you upload
What Verified does not mean
- Not a clinical endorsement, a rating or a guarantee
- Nothing about the quality of care or outcomes
- Nothing about patients; patients are never listed
Questions about Verified
What does the green Verified chip mean?
A person on the Klintro verification team reviewed the registration details and documents the doctor or clinic submitted, and approved them.
What does the red Unverified chip mean?
The profile has not been verified yet. That can be because nothing was submitted, the review is still open, or the submission was not approved. It does not mean anything is wrong.
Is Verified a rating or an endorsement?
No. It says a registration number and documents were reviewed. It says nothing about the quality of care, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome.
Is it automatic?
No. A person reviews every submission. Klintro does not approve a profile automatically.
Who can see my documents?
They are stored privately and used for verification only. Only the verification team opens them, and they are never shown on the network.
Are patients listed?
No. Verification is for doctors, clinics and other professionals, and patients are never publicly listed.
