What is true today
Staff see what their role allows
Owner, admin, doctor, front desk and marketing roles see and change different things, and there are role templates such as nurse and accountant. The owner decides who has which role.
Each clinic's data stays with that clinic
Every request from signed-in staff is scoped to their own clinic, so one clinic's patients, visits and invoices are not shown to another.
Sign-in options
Passwords are stored hashed. Each person can add a second step with an authenticator app, and a clinic can turn on a one-time code sent by email at sign-in.
An audit log
Sensitive changes are recorded, and so is who opened which patient record. Entries cannot be edited or removed from inside Klintro. Owners and admins see it under Settings, Audit and record access.
Connected keys are encrypted
An AI provider key and the Google, Facebook and Instagram connections a clinic adds are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
Daily backups
The database is backed up once a day, and the last seven days are kept on the server. Off-site copies and point-in-time recovery are not in place yet.
Voice notes
Audio is not stored by us. It goes to the AI provider the clinic connected, for that one request, and personal identifiers are scrubbed from text before it is sent. The result is a draft the doctor reviews.
You can export it
You can export your clinic's data at any time.
Not sold
We do not sell personal data. The privacy policy names the service providers we share it with, and why.
What we do not claim
We do not claim any security certification or audit, and we make no service-level promise. If that changes, this page will name the exact standard, the date and who checked it.
Backups are one daily copy on the server today. We will update this page when that changes, not before.
