Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Klintro platform (the clinic practice-management product, or the Health Network), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're creating a clinic account on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The platform is operated by Klintro (“we”).

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information at signup, including for professional verification — submitting false credentials is grounds for immediate suspension.
• Clinic staff accounts are provisioned and managed by the clinic's administrator; the clinic is responsible for who it grants access to.

• The platform is a record-keeping and communication tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on it should be treated as a substitute for a licensed professional's judgment.
• Clinics and clinicians remain solely responsible for the accuracy of clinical records they enter and for the clinical decisions they make.
• Content shared in the Health Network's clinical-cases feature must be de-identified — no patient-identifying information may be included. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this.

A “Verified” badge on the Health Network reflects that we reviewed the credentials submitted and found them consistent with the claimed profession — it is not a guarantee of a professional's competence, licensing status at all times, or conduct. We may revoke a verified badge at any time if we find reason to.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance per the plan you select and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Payment processing is handled by Razorpay; your use of payment features is also subject to Razorpay's own terms.
• We may suspend a clinic's account for non-payment after reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to store or transmit patient-identifying information anywhere it isn't appropriate (e.g. the de-identified clinical-cases feature).
• Attempt to access another clinic's or account's data without authorization.
• Interfere with the platform's operation, including automated scraping or abuse of rate-limited endpoints.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your professional credentials.

We own the platform's software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the clinical, business, and content data you enter — we process it only to provide the service to you, per our Privacy Policy.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, submits fraudulent verification credentials, or poses a security risk to the platform or other users. Sections on clinical/financial record retention in our Privacy Policy continue to apply after termination.

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

We'll update the “Last updated” date above whenever these Terms materially change.
