Klintro on every device your clinic uses

Front desk, doctor and waiting room see the same queue.

Devices

In the waiting room: a live display on any TV

No more shouting names across the waiting room.

Open the display on any TV in your waiting room. It shows a card per doctor with the token being served, and the next tokens. Patient names are hidden by default, and a switch lets you show first names. The display is turned on clinic by clinic.

See queue and walk-ins

Tablet and phone, the same web app

The front desk sees every token and every walk-in.
The owner sees the day from the phone.
The doctor sees the same queue from the phone.

Sample screens with fictional people. The phone and tablet views are the same responsive web app, opened in a browser.

Questions about devices

Is there a phone app?

The phone view is the same responsive web app, opened in a browser on the phone. There is nothing to install.

Does it work on a tablet at the front desk?

Yes. The same web app adapts to a tablet screen, for example for the queue and the calendar.

Is there a waiting room display?

Yes. The owner or an admin creates a display link, and it opens on any TV with a browser. It shows the token being served and the next tokens, and hides patient names unless first names are switched on. It is turned on clinic by clinic, so ask us if you would like it for yours.

Do the phone and the tablet show the same queue?

Yes. They are views of the same clinic data, so a token moved at the desk is moved on the phone.
