Can patients book without calling?
Yes. Patients pick a doctor and a free time on your clinic website, and staff see the booking on the calendar.
Does it stop double bookings?
Booking is slot-aware. It offers only the times a doctor is available, leaves out the times you have blocked, and checks the time again when the patient confirms.
What does a patient have to enter?
A name and a mobile number, and optionally an email address and a reason for the visit. The phone number is checked before the booking is accepted.
Do you charge commission on bookings?
No. There is no commission on appointment bookings.
