What we do with the data
Only what is true today.
Audio is not stored
We do not store the audio. It goes to the AI provider your clinic connected, for that one request.
Identifiers scrubbed
The patient's name is not sent, and personal identifiers are scrubbed from text before it goes to the AI provider.
Doctor decides
It is a draft. The doctor reviews and edits before saving.
Klintro does not publish accuracy figures for voice notes. Check every draft the way you would check a colleague's note.

Which languages can I speak in?
You can speak the consultation in English, Hindi, Telugu or Tamil, or paste a transcript. The Klintro screens are in English today.
Does the doctor stay in control?
Yes. Klintro fills the Record visit form as a draft. The doctor reviews and edits every field before saving, and nothing is saved until then.
Is the audio stored?
No. We do not store the audio. It is sent to the AI provider your clinic has connected for that one request.
What happens to patient identifiers?
The patient's name is not sent, and personal identifiers are scrubbed from text before it goes to the AI provider.
What do I need to switch it on?
A Google Gemini or Groq key for your clinic, added in Klintro settings under Integrations. Without one, voice notes are not available.
